I am a Grand Rapids, MN native and graduated high school here in 1988. Following five years honorably served in the United States navy, I was drawn to helping others. A life philosophy has been ‘we are all in this together’ and if I can be of service to others that is a valid purpose for living. I am interested in helping others through human connectedness, science and researched based methods/modalities, and seeing others succeed. I believe all people have the internal power to heal and become their ideal self. We are always changing, adapting and growing throughout our life span, we may not always like what is happening in our lives, so it’s best to navigate it with the best tools or outlook we can have. I recognize  and value that we are all different and approach life with our own unique style. I like to meet people, get to know them on a meaningful level and apply my areas of expertise to increase general wellness.

I enjoy pets, nature, music, family and learning. My hobbies include art, music, traveling places, reading, exercise and generally having fun as much as possible.
